Delivery around Australia is FREE in 99% of the products. The 1% of goods that dont qualify are usually large heavy objects or deliveries to remote areas.

Your items will be delivered to you safely and if for any reason your item is lost or damaged (DOA) you will receive a replacement free of charge. This is our commitment to you.

Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. 


Faulty or Damaged Goods

Please contact us if you need to return your items due to damaged or faulty goods. We are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase and that your product arrives in good working order. Many of our suppliers have strict timeframes and policies governing product returns so please carefully below.



  1. Change of mind - We do not allow returns on change of mind so please choose carefully before you checkout. 
  2. For warranty claims you must notify us within 7 days. Our suppliers have strict timeframes regarding returns and we have to honour this.
  3. If you receive the product and its dead-on-arrival or damaged then we will handle this through postal insurance or lodge a defect with the supplier.

Most products will have a warranty. The legth of warranty will vary based on the type of product.

Electronics: up to 6 Months

Computer: up to 12 Months
